Challenge

KEH, a leading buyer and seller of pre-owned camera gear, needed to increase both Sell and Shop conversions while navigating shifting user behaviors, complex campaign segmentation, and market-specific creative requirements. A key focus was to balance performance across their Shop and Sell business units while improving ROAS, as well as scaling campaign effectiveness across paid search, social, SEO, and programmatic.

Business Impact

829 implemented a full-funnel performance strategy for KEH across paid channels and SEO, resulting in significant improvements in revenue and lead volume across core initiatives.

Through a combination of refreshed creatives, stronger audience segmentation, and successful A/B testing across campaigns, we were able to help KEH achieve an 18% YoY increase in purchases and a nearly 40% increase in revenue.

Our paid search strategy drove 13% YoY growth in Shop CPC revenue, with the best performance during the August Overstock sale. We also improved PMax efficiency by leveraging segmented targeting and incremental budget tests.

SEO and organic growth initiatives that included schema, internal linking, and product page optimization delivered 12.2% YoY growth in organic revenue, with a 19% increase in impressions. We strengthened programmatic performance, growing revenue by 79% QoQ, with improved conversion performance from newly launched prospecting and remarketing tactics.
