Premier H2O, a Watts Water brand, needed to reverse a downward revenue trend and address performance gaps across paid search, organic search, and email marketing. Technical issues, broken automations, and shifting consumer behaviors impacted results across all channels, prompting the need for a data-driven strategy focused on stability, conversion optimization, and long-term efficiency.

Through paid search consolidation, SEO enhancements, and inbound workflow optimization, 829 Studios helped Premier H2O drive measurable improvements across all major marketing channels.

Targeted paid search campaign enhancements resulted in a 28% YoY ROAS improvement, and an increase of 32% QoQ in CVR. PMax and Branded Search emerged as top-performing campaigns, with ROAS exceeding 420%, while our targeted promotion strategy delivered an 18% QoQ increase in ROAS.

By leveraging strategic content development, keyword recovery efforts, and schema implementations, we were able to increase organic search conversions by 45% QoQ and organic revenue by 25% QoQ. Email and inbound marketing performance saw open rates improving 6.8%, click rates increasing 28%, and conversion rate rising nearly 6%, despite sending 44% fewer emails QoQ.

Flow-based revenue rose 47% YoY and our Microsoft Ads campaigns delivered a ROAS of 262%, with branded search emerging as the sole driver of conversions and revenue with a CVR of 2.84%. Through continued landing page testing and audience segmentation, we better aligned page experiences with user intent, supporting higher conversions from filter and undercounter product lines.
